Miss Cheyenne Martinek
lead Teacher, Program Director

Miss Cheyenne has grown up in Kitsap County, dancing for the last 20+ years and working professionally with children for the last 9. She has an Associates and a Technical Degree in Early Childhood Education from Olympic College and is certified through NAMC in Montessori Education. She is also certified in Anne Green Gilbert’s Creative Dance (Brain Dance) program, and has danced pre-professionally with ballet companies Dance Ensemble Northwest and JPB.

Miss Cheyenne has been with The Performing Arts Preschool since it's second year of operation, and has been leading the program since 2020. Outside of PAP, she teaches dance classes at Northwest School of Dance for youth and adults in tap, ballet, lyrical and musical theater, and leads Viewridge Elementary Arts Academy's dance program.

Growing up in a military family, Miss Cheyenne understands the unique needs of many families in the Bremerton community. She is a strong believer that dance is for everyone of all skills and abilities, and loves to encourage children to be creative, express themselves and develop a love for learning and the arts.
